I-NAW
Board Members
Honorary President
of I-NAW
I
am delighted to be associated with this initiative that has
provided a valuable forum for National Assembly for Wales
elected representatives wishing to interact with companies
who sign up to the scheme. The Industry and National Assembly
for Wales Association has provided Assembly Members with an
opportunity to better understand the needs and aspirations
of industry in order to progress the sustainable development
agenda, and more generally, in undertaking their duties as
Assembly Members. From its inception, I-NAW only invites companies
that vigorously pursue Corporate Social Responsibility to
join its ranks.
I-NAW has already
attracted Companies from the private sector who have joined
the scheme, which has provided informative and worthwhile
industrial study programmes that have helped to further enhance
the knowledge and understanding of our policy makers in Wales.
I wish the I-NAW
Association continued success and I sincerely hope that the
scheme will continue to assist the Assembly in educating its
Members by helping to improve their understanding of Private
Industry, while promoting responsible leadership among the
wealth generators of Wales.
The Rt. Hon. The
Lord Dafydd Elis-Thomas AM Presiding Officer of the National
Assembly for Wales.
